efb3c6f099 Clarify ArgoCD status and update MySQL→MariaDB 
- ArgoCD: Installed but not configured yet (Fase 4)
- All MySQL references updated to MariaDB 11.4 LTS
- Current CI/CD: Gitea Actions (active)
- Future GitOps: ArgoCD (pending configuration)

e5e039504e Rename CLUSTER-READY → K8S-CLUSTER (more direct) 
Also added:
- DEVELOPMENT-WORKFLOW.md - Complete dev process documented
- Updated all references across documentation

Documentation is now centralized and direct.
